🧾 Permissions Overview
- Roles: Define permission levels by job function
- Groups: Route and restrict tickets to specific teams
- Custom Roles: Add or remove permissions at a granular level
🔧 Setup
- Go to Admin > Roles
- Click Edit on a role or create a new one
- Select modules the role can access (Tickets, Reports, Settings)
- Assign the role to users under Admin > People
