Billing and subscription management in Support Cloud is handled via your admin portal. You can view invoices, update payment methods, and change plans at any time. 💳
🔄 Updating Payment Method
- Go to Admin > Billing
- Click Edit Payment Method
- Enter your new credit card or billing details
- Click Save
📄 Downloading Invoices
You can access all past invoices under Billing > Invoices. Click any invoice to download a PDF copy.
📦 Switching Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from the same billing portal. If you downgrade, features tied to your current plan will be disabled at the end of the billing cycle.
🧯 Troubleshooting
- Payment failed? Double-check your card details and retry. If it persists, try a different card or contact your bank.
- Invoice isn’t showing? Wait 5–10 minutes after a successful charge, then refresh.
