⚙️ What the Integration Does
- Send ticket updates to Slack channels
- Let agents create or update tickets directly from Slack
- Receive CSAT survey responses or SLA alerts in Slack
🔧 Setup Instructions
- Go to Admin > Integrations > Slack
- Click Connect and follow the OAuth prompts
- Select which channels to post updates to
- Map Support Cloud events to Slack notifications
