All new accounts are eligible for a 🎟️ 14-day free trial. Your trial starts the moment you create your account — no credit card required.

During your trial, you’ll have access to a full-featured version of our Enterprise plan, which includes:

🚨 What Happens When the Trial Ends?
At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to choose a subscription plan. If you don’t select a plan, your account will enter read-only mode — you’ll be able to log in and view your data, but you won’t be able to respond to tickets, add new agents, or use core functionality.
You can upgrade at any time during or after the trial by visiting Settings > Billing > Upgrade Plan.
💡 Can I Extend My Trial?
We understand that evaluating software takes time. If you need a few more days to test things out, you can reach out to our support team and request a one-time trial extension (subject to approval).
🔐 Will I Lose My Data When the Trial Ends?
No. All data — including tickets, users, articles, and settings — will be saved. When you upgrade to a paid plan, you’ll pick up right where you left off.
📝 Trial Limitations to Keep in Mind
While most features are available, some services may be limited or require additional setup:
